Hi, I’m Steve Allen, the Principal and Owner of Allen Property. Originally from Burrum Heads, I grew up on a small acreage property at Nikenbah in Hervey Bay.
Starting out as a Real Estate Salesperson in 2002 right here in Hervey Bay, I spent 5 years listing and selling property here - from $30,000 blocks of land (prices were a little different then!) to multi million dollar development sites, contributing to hundreds of property sales in the Hervey Bay area.
Since 2013, I have been assisting property Sellers and Buyers predominantly in my local suburb of Toogoom, and also other suburbs in the Hervey Bay area.
I'm motivated to get the best results for my clients, and offer an an experienced and personalised approach to every situation.
